All transactions are securely processed by Stripe, and we do not store your payment details on our servers.
4. Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by SHIRT 1. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping: We partner with a third party fulfillment partner to fulfill and ship your orders directly to the shipping address you provide. All shipments are processed and delivered through USPS, with shipping times and costs varying based on your location. Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information via email—please check your spam folder if you don’t see it. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country, which may cause delays beyond our initial estimates. Customs clearance is the recipient’s responsibility, and policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for details. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed over to USPS. If additional payment verification is needed, we may contact you to prevent delays.

1. Return Policy: All sales at Shirt 1 LLC are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. 2. Exceptions: Since every order is custom, our shirts are non-returnable and only exchangeable if defective. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the defective item. Exchanges will be processed and shipped after the original item has been received by Shirt 1.
3. Refunds: In the rare case of an exception to our return policy, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
